How it is done

1. 12:16Set aside time — a proper wash and go takes one to two hours or more while you learn.
2. 25:31In the shower, gently separate the strands while you shampoo.
3. 35:58Shampoo a second time, continuing to separate the hair.
4. 46:54Apply a conditioner with lots of slip and separate further.
5. 58:19Finger-detangle in sections, then follow with a detangling brush.
6. 69:14Twist each detangled section so it doesn't tangle again.
7. 79:41Rinse the conditioner out completely and keep the hair soaking wet.
8. 810:10Apply gel section by section — ends first, then up to the roots — until every strand is coated.
