How booking works
Choose a service and a time. Your spot is held for 30 minutes while you pay a 30% deposit, and then your stylist confirms the appointment.
If plans change
Cancel 48 hours or more ahead and your full deposit comes back. Between 24 and 48 hours, half comes back. Inside 24 hours the deposit covers the stylist's time. You see this before you pay, and the app tells you when your refund goes through.
After your appointment
Once your stylist marks the appointment done, you can leave a review. Reviews only come from real appointments.
